To all who responded/read my request on this subject I apologize for my
arrogance
and ignorance regarding VNC and like products. TightVNC works just fine.
Somehow
I was caught in either an old version (in my mind) or confused an issue
with multiple
client connects and possibly mixing VNC and PCAnyWhere (old version).

Anyway, to all that commented, thanks for the help.
