Yes, I'm well aware of the netiquette and only needing to reply to the list.

Mozilla Thunderbird decided to reply to both original sender and 
reply-to address recently and I've not bothered to fix it because I 
rarely post to mailing lists.  Earlier in the day, I was in a rush to 
get the message out due to time constraints of work.  If you'd kindly 
get off your soap box, it'd be greatly appreciated.

As for the rest of your message, I'll do a more complete reply in the 
evening.
