Yes, but what does "38.	Omaha, Neb./Iowa" mean?

Are they counting Omaha, and the entire state of Iowa in this ranking?  Is
there an Omaha in Iowa as well? ... or just the Omaha-metro area including
parts of Iowa? 

just found it a little peculiar.
