[olug] Omaha Linux Company List updates for late April, plus completelist for Infotec

In my opinion (Nebraska) should be changed to a more appropriate wording
of (the Midwest US).

At least two of the companies on the Omaha Linux Company List are in fact
not in Omaha or Nebraska but in Iowa.

However, all the companies on the list do business in Omaha or with other
Nebraska businesses.

There are other companies outside of Omaha in the Midwest that have used
Linux over the years.
I will submit them to the list once I find out their current status of
Linux use.
