As far as I know, Windows Media Player (more recent versions) can play it. Dbl check that. As far as a server goes, theres Shoutcast for windows (may be a commercial product) and Icecast for linux (i am pretty sure its free). They are the same protocol. I have set both up. Really cool stuff. Its been a while though.
