[olug] icons in gimp

I recall making a 32x32 image before, saving it as whatever.bmp and then
renaming it to whatever.ico.  Try that out.  Throw it on the desktop and see if
Window's doesn't recognize it as an icon (i.e., you'll be able to see the image
as the icon.)
