Yeah, it kinda caught me by suprise too when I opened it up to check it
out... the ps is towards the front of the case, on the left side and
theres a side fan on the case - thats for the ps.  (I had assumed it was
in the rear, but thats just a 92mm case fan)  So actually the intake fan,
power jack, and actually power lines all feed from the 'same side' of the
ps into the case, and a small black power cable runs from the ps to the
rear of the case.

It's a nice ps, its antec, doubt if it would ever give me any problems for
the life of the pc (and has 3yr warranty, good cooling), but I imagine it
would be difficult finding an identical replacement ps for it.  I dont
think a standard atx would work.
