You can get Netscape for GNU/Linux as well.... but nobody I know does. 
With Galeon and Mozilla there's no need.

I don't know for sure, but maybe in Edit --> Preferences --> Appearance 
in Mozilla.
Settings --> Preferences --> Rendering in Galeon.

Also, in Mozilla you can hit "CTRL +" or "CTRL -" to change font sizes 
on a page. Galeon has a control thingy for that right on the toolbar.
