[olug] Tom's Root Boot Disk and installing from a cd

Floppies are a lot cheaper that what they want for that upgrade --
that's for sure! I need to get some fresh floppies and then I should be
on the road to having a dual Debian/Windows 98 -- maybe even a triple
boot machine with Suse or BSD!  ;-)
