[olug] frustrating trying to burn CDs!

If you use the -v -v option I am sure you will see the speed it is is set to.  72/16, or 4.5 minutes, should be how long it takes to burn an entire cd at 16 speed.  I have an LD 40x ide that is working with ide-scsi with no problems.  Good luck.
