If you lower your standards you can go to DIT and get one of their 
motherboard bundles.  As it just happens you can get a 1.1GHz Celeron on a 
Micro-ATX motherboard for $100 - plan on replacing the PSU in that Gateway, 
though.  It might not meet the electrical requirements of the 
Tualatin-derived Celeron.  The memory might need replacing as well if it's 
not PC100/PC133 (a 400MHz K6-2 almost certainly is PC100/PC133).
