Personally I try to live up to this definition... ;-}

Insofar as the rest of this thread - Nate rocked on the
answers^H^Hexpoundments...

Now while I am on the topic - I should now have control of my copyright on
the Policy Routing book and am going to start converting the files over
into HTML format. Are there people who may be interested in assisting (ie
doing the grunt work ;-} ) in converting these to HTML with figures etc. ?
