Yeah, putting in that 12-digit authentication code on that (very slow) 
support site only makes your XXXXXXX at cox.net email address active.  They are 
going to physically convert the network over at a later date.  Once 
everything is physically moved over, then new network stuff will start 
popping up.... I think.
