I've tried this one ssh CMMiller at phoenix.miller and I
get ssh: phoenix.miller: Name or service not known  

> or  ssh username@<ipaddress>  

And this one I get 
Secure Connection to 192.168.1.101 Refused 


> or  ssh -l username <ipaddress>

And this one the same error output as above.

What am I doing wrong?
