Talking with my Unix/Linux teacher and asked him a
question about trying to log into my two linux boxes
on my network so I could get at files on each of the
machines.

He claims you have to edit /etc/hosts.allow and put in
the other machines' IP address

ALL : 168.192.1.101

Will this work?

And what is the best protocol to use? SSL, ftp,
telnet, or is there something that only pertains to
Linux?

thanks,

-Chris
