OK, the ftp server for the installfest is set up.
The ip address is 192.168.13.100
Anonymous access is allowed, and the dir structure is as follows:

/linux:
  Mandrake
    8.1
      i586	-> All 3 Mandrake cds,use this path for ftp install
    iso		-> All 3 Mandrake isos
    updates	-> RPM updates to 8.1
  RedHat
    7.2		-> Both RedHat 7.2 cds,use this path for ftp install
    iso		-> Both RedHat 7.2 isos
    updates	-> RPM updates to 7.2
  other
    acrobat_reader	-> Adobe Acrobat Reader
    flash_plugin	-> Macromedia Flash Plugin
    jdk1.3.1		-> Sun's JDK 1.3.1
    mozilla		-> Mozilla 0.9.7 in RPM format
    openoffice641C	-> Latest build of openoffice
    realplayer		-> RealPlayer 8.0
    staroffice5.2	-> Sun's StarOffice
  game_demos
    civctp_demo		-> Civilization II:Call to Power
    descent3_demo	-> Descent 3 (3D required)
    eus_demo		-> Eric's Ultimate Solitaire
    heretic2_demo	-> Heretic 2 Demo (3D required)
    heroes3_demo	-> Heroes of Might and Magic III
    hg2_demo		-> Heavy Gear II (3D required)
    kohan_demo		-> Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns
    mindrover_demo	-> Mindrover (3D required)

Boot disks will be available for people that want to do ftp installs.
