[olug] Still no luck

Sory, I should really read your whole email before I respond next time.

Open /etc/lilo.conf with some kind of text editor
change boot=/dev/hdb1 to boot=/dev/hda

Save the file, then run /sbin/lilo from the command line(you will need to be 
a super user)
