Taken from the first Q document you posted:

NOTE : Only one profile at a time can use the contacts.

Netfolders is a very poor solution, imo as it can create a great deal of
traffic.  I also believe Microsoft has discontinued netfolders in Outlook
2002 forward.

This is probably going off topic at this point.
