[olug] Cox is demanding DHCP

I use dhcpcd (dhcp client daemon).  for me, i have 2 nics, one is set up 
static and one uses dhcp.  If I want to have the 2nd nic connect, then I 
simply type (as root)

dhcpcd -h cxXXXXXX-a

and boom, you're online.  Do a "man dhcpcd" for more info.

ps: I'm using redhat 7.1

As far as getting it to connect using dhcpcd at bootup, I believe someone 
already mentioned this but I just edit the file 
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1 (or eth0 in most cases) to include 
the line:
DHCP_HOSTNAME="cxXXXXXX-a"
