you can add
127.0.0.1	ads.x10.com
to your hosts file also.

I have added x10.com to my personal DNS server to block the whole domain.
(as well as internetfuel.com.  another intrusive, horrible ad server)

  end of problem ... thats from memory - man ipchains if it doesn't digest
properly.


   Now someone post netfilter method so we can all learn something new ...
