You won't need to pay 70 dollars or 25 dollars and you will not be
required to register more than one domain by using the ICANN accredited
Registrar that I started using last year.
Dotster is less than 15 dollars per domain, even if you only have
one. Right now I have about 50 domains with them and I have saved
$1000.00 alone this year in renewal fees.
They also do Registrar transfers at no charge.
Dotster has no telephone support but their online support is adequate.

Ok I know it sounds like a commercial, however I have to be quite
honest with you, Dotster has worked out great for my companies.
They also have a web management interface that is very convenient.
No more replying to annoying hostmaster@ emails or any of the other
NSI nuisance methods.
