Use the IIS management console to disable these ( ftp / www server's )
OR......
open the service manager, in the computer management utility in your control
panel and set the startup
to disabled, which will stop the IIS services from starting all-together.

WINS(RCE-DCE) and domain services ( disable your client for microsoft
networking )
