[olug] 3d with nVidia cards

I have this to say about setting up accelerated 3d under X with an Nvidia
card:

It fsck'n rules. 

I must have spent hours trying to get my Voodoo3 working with no success. 
Nvidia's drivers must have taken me almost ten minutes and it was up and 
running :)

I have one question: is there a way to increase OpenGL's brightness in the 
system? My monitor is really dark and while playing Loki's SoF demo things 
were so dark I couldn't see very much.
