I had some trouble with a debian distro lately and I finally figured out
that I had been setting it on top of a calculator...  duhhhhhh.  ...am I
right, that cd's can be damaged by magnetic fields from batteries?  Is
it permanent?  Will you still be making jokes about this 2yrs from now? 
So I suppose I shouldn't ask Phil to load debian for me now...	darn.
