Did anyone send in for a quote at 11111 M St?  There's got to be some
connectivity there... and I think at this point we'll have to start
looking to the actual fiber owners themselves for transit, in addition
to getting quotes for Cogent+Backhaul.

It's clear that if we locate ourselves anywhere other than downtown,
we'll have to pay quite a premium to stick with Cogent.  I think in
the short term going with a company other than Cogent would allow us a
lot more flexibility in location in exchange for a higher price tag
for transit, while eliminating transport fees altogether.  Not quite
as effective but it'll have to do - crawl, walk, run.
