Yeah, having a lawyer look over things would be nice.  I'm not exactly
sure what the difference is in process between setting up a for-profit
LLC and a non-profit LLC.

I don't think 501(c)3 is the best route to take because it requires
alot of bureaucratic red tape and we'd need a team of people just to
deal with the IRS.  Nonprofit LLC without tax-exemption is really all
we'll be able to manage for now due to manpower, time and money
issues.
