Okay, I have a template Articles of Organization in hand (well, on
disk) and can fill them out right now.

A few things to clarify:

The legal name of the operation will be Omaha Internet Exchange, LLC
with a secondary trade name, OIX LLC.  Nice similarity to KCIX, LLC
down in Kansas City.

Where will the registered office be?

Who will our registered agent be?

Do we want management via managers or should all members be equal managers?
